If your item was damaged when you received it or if it has a manufacturing defect:

1- Contact our Customer Service by email at the following address: contact@pellatfinet.com

2- Send us the following information:

• your order number,
• the item number or name,
• an exact description of the defect.

2- Add photos or videos

Please send photos or a short video of your item including a view of the whole item as well as a close-up of the damaged part.

3- We will examine your request

We aim to answer you as soon as possible and offer you either an exchange or a refund at your convenience.
