DELIVERY METHODS, TIME AND COST

We do our utmost to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. We work in close collaboration with our delivery partner DHL Express in order to offer you a faultless delivery service.

 

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery is free of charge for all countries above.

You will not be charged any customs fees for deliveries outside mainland France.

 

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

Your orders will be processed and shipped Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm CET, and on Saturday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm CET (except on public holidays in France).
Your order will be sent no later than one working day following receipt of payment.
All orders sent by PELLAT-FINET are insured against accidental damage and theft until written confirmation of receipt of the parcel.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD).
ODD will send you an email and/or SMS regarding the progress of your order and the estimated date/time of delivery.

If these do not suit your schedule, you can select the delivery time and place. The options are as follows:
- Deliver my package another day
- Deliver my package to another address
- Deliver my package to a safe place
- Deliver my package to a neighbour
- Deliver my package to a DHL service point
- Request to hold for up to 30 days
